QUALIFICATIONS: College degree or equivalent experience 12+ years experience on similar projects Recognized industry experience and expertise Demonstrated success in managing the construction process on large projects Management training preferred
Responsible for the direction and performance of all field operations on Construction Management (CM) projects to ensure the work is performed in conformance with the project objectives and requirements. Principal areas of responsibility are safety, cost, schedule, construction operations, quality, staffing, material control, field-based procurement, labor relations, and accounting. Experience to include cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, value engineering, construction, plans, proposals and presentations. Single or multiple projects responsibility ranging from $25-$50 Million. SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficient in managing and directing people, communications to include presentations, letter and proposal writing, negotiation skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office products and corporate standards.
