Qualifications: 

• Bachelors in Architecture (minimum)
• 10+ years experience
• Professional registration desired
• Architectural licensure in practicing states preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop (ADT) or Revit
• Experience with science and technology industry projects
• LEED AP and BIM experience desired
• Leadership ability
• Excellent verbal/written skills
• Minimal to moderate travel required

Open Position: 

The Senior Architect shall display a solid working knowledge of construction document preparation including: organization of documents, graphics, construction detailing and specifications. The successful candidate shall be familiar with the International and local Building Codes and have excellent organizational and communication skills for internal, client and consultant team coordination, and the assembly and distribution of drawing packages for review, bid and permit. Project sizes will vary, and will consist primarily of science and technology projects including both existing building improvements and new construction.
