Qualifications: Open Position: Qualified candidate for this position must possess 10+ years experience in R&D lab, biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanroom design and construction. Responsibilities include leading internal project teams in the definition of system requirements and execution of project deliverables including studies, reports, construction documents and specifications. Knowledge of power and auxiliary systems including normal power, e-power, lighting, UPS, fire alarm, data and telephone is required. Interface with clients, architects and contractors.
