CRB was hired as the prime consultant to replace the existing HVAC system for this four-story classroom building and auditorium. In order for Wood Hall to be ready for fall classes, CRB was challenged to design the project so that all work could be accomplished over a three month period. Contract documents had to be completed quickly so that equipment could be ordered and ready for installation when the spring semester was over. Close coordination with the client and contractors to define scope of work and setting of time schedules was required. The project was completed on time, below budget and with only a 3% change order amount. |
