CRB provided preliminary and final design services for the replacement and/or renovation of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems for this facility. This design upgraded the HVAC and life safety systems to meet current codes and USDA requirements. An integral part of the effort was the preparation of an Investigative Report, which identified deficiencies throughout the facility and provided energy consumption and life cycle cost comparisons. This provided USDA with the information needed to decide on the most desirable corrective approach.
