CRB provides independent building commissioning services. Over the past 25 years, we have commissioned numerous building types ranging from small commercial buildings to complex research laboratories to large-scale manufacturing facilities. Our comprehensive approach to building commissioning ensures the facility owners move into fully functional buildings, and our detailed documentation meets the requirements established by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED®) certification.
At CRB, we will work with you to develop a customized Commissioning Plan that outlines the responsibilities of the design team, construction team, equipment suppliers, commissioning agent and owner during the commissioning process throughout the various phases of a project. The plan will also identify systems to be commissioned and the documentation processes to be used.
