CRB Director of Virtual Design and Construction Matt Edwards’ blog post “A practical approach to BIM/VDC workflow” was recently published in Consulting-Specifying Engineer Magazine.


As Director of Virtual Design & Construction at CRB, Matt Edwards has more than 14 years of experience providing clients with insight as to how 3D coordination and technology impact the cost and schedule of their facility designs. His experience includes BIM coordination, electrical design and engineering for the biotech, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology industries. In 2014, Matt led a Model-Based Quantity Takeoffs class at Autodesk University – the world’s largest gathering of Autodesk software users. Matt is a CRB technology and workflow expert and leads CRB’s field initiatives, which includes laser scanning, 3D coordination, VDC kiosks and more.
