CRB’s Pablo Coronel, PhD and Niranjan Kulkarni, PhD will present at the Association for Dressings and Sauces Technical Meeting, being held April 29 to May 1 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Technical Meeting focuses on science-based issues in the dressings and sauces industry.

Coronel and Kulkarni will present Engineering Adaptive Food Safety Systems. The session will discuss how process systems engineering, simulations, and data-mining techniques can be used within food safety systems to improve safety and overall operational or supply chain efficiencies.
