Niranjan-KulkarniNiranjan Kulkarni, PhD
Niranjan Kulkarni, PhD, is the Director of  the Operations Improvement team at CRB, and is an Industrial and Systems Engineering doctorate, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In his current role as an Operations Specialist, his responsibilities include helping clients operate their facilities smarter with lower costs, greater throughputs, higher quality, greener facility and other innovative engineering solutions. With over seven years of experience, he has worked with pharmaceutical, food, chemical, semiconductor / electronics assembly and packaging, manufacturing and financial industries. Dr. Kulkarni's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Masters and Doctorate in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York. He has numerous publications and has also co-authored a book chapter featured in the Lecture Notes on Computer Science series. He is also a co-author of the ISPE Operations Management Guidance document.

Philip-LymanPhilip R. Lyman, PhD
Philip R. Lyman is Director of Simulation at CRB Consulting Engineers and has 21 years of experience in process modeling. Dr. Lyman uses computer modeling technologies to improve plant designs, de-bottleneck existing facilities and optimize operations for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Before joining CRB, Dr. Lyman started a specialized engineering firm focusing on process simulation for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to that, he held positions with Dow Corning Corp. and Air Products and Chemicals. He is an active member of ISPE and AICHE and has earned several degrees in Chemical Engineering: BS from University of Wisconsin-Madison, MS and PhD from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Bradley-PrizerBrad Prizer, PMP
Brad Prizer is an Industrial Engineer at CRB and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With nearly seven years of experience, Brad is proficient both in engineering and project management; he is also a certified PMP. Brad lends his expertise in warehouse sizing, racking and automation options to assist our clients with careful choices to design the ideal warehouse that will meet production needs while optimizing material, personnel and traffic flows. He utilizes computer modeling technologies to help clients operate their facilities more efficiently. Before CRB, he worked as an Industrial Engineering consultant providing operations improvement strategies in a variety of environments including manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, and public works. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Industrial Engineering.
