Supplier FAQ

Who needs to fill out these forms?

All equipment vendors and subcontractors/trade partners that wish to receive invitations to bid on work with CRB Builders, LLC. are required to complete our pre-qualification application. We’ve attempted to make the process as simple and streamlined as possible. After having gathered the List of Required Documents you should be prepared to finish the application in one sitting, in about 30 minutes or less.

I cannot remember my username/password. What do I do?

If you know your username, you can simple enter it and click Forgot Password. An email containing the username and password will be sent to the email address on file for your company, as entered in when you created your account.

If you do not know your username or if you are not the designated contact person for the profile, this information will need to be updated. Please contact us at .

Our company has multiple offices across the country. Can I have multiple profiles? Can I have a single profile?

We base our pre-qualification information on the Federal Tax ID of your company. If your locations have multiple Federal Tax ID’s we will need for you to complete multiple profiles so that each iteration is in our accounting system.

If you have a single Tax ID and multiple locations, please list those locations in the Addresses table.

If for some reason you wish to complete multiple profiles for separate locations, but the Federal Tax ID is the same, please include the state abbreviation at the end of the Federal Tax ID, e.g. 12-3456789-MO.

Your company may qualify as a Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, Small, Disabled-Veteran or Alaskan Native-owned business enterprise. If applicable, select the appropriate designation in the Company Classification drop-down. You will also need to attach a copy of your certification along with the expiration date.

If we do work in multiple trades, how do I identify this?

Please pick the primary work that your company completed in the Discipline of Work drop-down. You may enter in as many additional trades into the Notes field as you need.

Why is it necessary to disclose our company’s financial condition/statements? Our company is privately held and does not release this information.

Review of your company’s financial standing is not used to necessarily qualify or disqualify you from obtaining work with CRB. It allows us to better understand the capabilities of and how to work with your company to make sure the project is executed smoothly. By performing this analysis up front on all trade and equipment suppliers, we can be assured that everyone on the project is well-suited for the job and ready to perform, minimizing delays or other complications.

Our company does not have an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) What do we do?

If your company has less than the minimum number of employees required by law to carry workers compensation insurance OR if your company does not have an EMR, please check the corresponding box in the Subcontractor Information tab. Additionally, in the Notes column, please provide a brief explanation.
